So this one was an easy one. I just made a basic 9x13 cake frosted it white and used fruit by the foot for the ribbon. For the dots I flattened airheads a bit and cut circles and randomly put them everywhere. It was really easy and turned out really cute!
The cupcakes are pretty self explanatory :)

Joe's First Birthday
Here is the cutest one yet. I made tiny frog cupcakes for everyone and a frog face for Joe's smash cake.
The cupcakes I frosted green and cut a small green marshmallow in half for the eyes and put a dot of white frosting and a dot of black on top the white for the pupils. Then I got a pull-n-peel licorice, cut a piece of it, and used it for the mouth. But I forgot to take a picture with the mouth on the cupcakes... duh!
For the cake I had Jason draw an outline of a frog face and lucky for me he drew the face on it too. I made a 9"x9" cake and cut the face shape out, frosted that with the same green as the cupcakes, and drew on the face with frosting. This was so easy and so cute.

Wedding Cake
So another cake I did was a good friends wedding cake. This was I think the second or third wedding cake I did. This was about a year and a half ago.

Jason's Birthday
This is not the first cake I have made infact the first few posts will be a bit out of order. This is a cake I did last month for my husbands 31st birthday. He loves rock crawling. He keeps telling me he wants a Rubicon Unlimited so for his birthday he got it....
I used a sheet cake for the bottom and cut 1/4 off to make the top of the vehicle. I used a picture of a Rubicon Jeep for all the detail.
The wheels are chocolate doughnuts with icing filled in the center for the hubcaps.

How it all started
There is this amazing woman that I know... she is my grandma. She is very talented in many ways and for that I admire her. One of her amazing talents she shared with me is decorating cakes. She had done it for over 40 years and a few years ago she shared with me her talant and I have been making mostly birthday cakes for the family however I have done a few wedding cakes. Recently my sisters suggested that I do a blogg to display the cakes I do so I took there advise and here we are. I hope you enjoy this blog.
